Founder and President
Prior to forming Latitude Commercial Aaron was asked to help spearhead the new Northwest Indiana office for a National Brokerage firm. While there, he gained a broad range of experience in dealing with every product type including office, retail, investment sales, vacant land, hospitality, and industrial. In the early stages of his career he earned enough business and took the necessary coursework to earn his CCIM Designation in only his second full year in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Some of Aaron’s civil include the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission for Lake County, Indiana (City of Crown Point representative) and as Treasurer of the Crown Point Community Development Corporation. Aaron is the Vice Chairmen for the Lake Area United Way and serves on the board of the Crisis Center, Inc.
Senior Vice President
Brett McDermott is the Senior Vice President of Latitude Commercial. His main areas of expertise are in the Landlord and Tenant Representation sectors. He has worked with both local and national clients throughout Northwest, IN and the Chicago suburbs. Brett graduated from Indiana University in 2008 with a degree from the Kelley School of Business. After college, Brett worked in downtown Chicago in the Technology field. He is currently seeking his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He resides in Schererville, IN with his wife Kelly and is active in the local community through charitable organizations and Political campaigns.
Myles joined Latitude in the Spring of 2012 and currently serves as the Vice President. After graduating from Indiana University in 2009, he worked in the Chicagoland area as a project manager in the construction field. With Latitude, Myles works with owners, developers and tenants in Northwest Indiana & Chicagoland providing services such as corporate relocation, site search analysis, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and real estate consulting services. Myles is currently seeking his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is active in the community by assisting local charitable organizations, including being a board member of the Boys & Girls Club Building & Property Committee.
Antony joined Latitude in May of 2016 as an associate broker. Antony graduated from Indiana University with a bachelors degree and started his career immediately after college. Prior to joining the latitude team, Antony worked extensively in social services with an emphasis on intervention and management services. Antony continues to serve the community in his spare time through Porter County PACT as well as various other agencies. Antony utilizes his initiative, communication skills, and analytical skills, honed in the social services field, to provide distinct support to the Latitude Team.
