Chicago, IL, January 19, 2018– KISS front-men Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, part of the original Rock & Brews restaurant founders, look to establish their mark on the Chicagoland restaurant scene in 2018.  The first new location has been slated for Orland Park, IL at the corner of LaGrange Ave and 143rd in the Orland Park Crossing Lifestyle Center.  Rock & Brews will join Mariano’s, PF Chang’s, Chico’s, and others in this location.  The second site has been selected in the Village of Oak Lawn, just off the corner of Cicero Ave and 111th, in another Mariano’s anchored development, the Stony Creek Promenade.

“We are very excited to see the concept start their roots in these two locations and see the brand expand throughout Chicago in the future.  We are currently exploring locations for an additional 3 to 4 sites within the next two years.” – Aaron McDermott, President, Latitude Commercial Real Estate

McDermott represents Rock & Brews in their site location work.  The new restaurants will host an energized dining and entertainment experience offering affordable, high quality American comfort food with a broad selection of craft brews while retaining a family-friendly rock ‘n’ roll environment.
