Mount Prospect Retail Property Under New Ownership and Management
Mount Prospect | April 17, 2023 | Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of an 11,010 square foot retail property in Mount Prospect, IL. The fully occupied, seven-tenant property, which is anchored by a Dunkin Donuts, was purchased last week.
The Latitude Property Management Division is excited to continue working with this Illinois-based investment group. “The seller was also the developer and they did a wonderful job with this Class A property.” said Ryne Pishkur, Director of Property Management.
