CoAction Moves to 2,400 SF Space at 502 Wall Street in Valparaiso

Valparaiso, IN — CoAction, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities and supporting families across Northwest Indiana, has secured a new 2,400-square-foot lease at 502 Wall Street in Valparaiso, Indiana. The new location places CoAction’s office within the same building as its WIC office, creating greater operational efficiency while preserving continuity and accessibility for clients. This move allows CoAction to consolidate services under one roof while continuing to serve the Valparaiso community from a familiar and centrally located facility.

The lease transaction was brokered by Julia Turner of Latitude Commercial, who represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

“CoAction plays such an important role in the community, and it was great to help them move into a location that already serves their clients well,” said Julia. “Staying in the same building allows for a seamless transition while providing the additional space needed to continue growing their programs and impact.”
