Investor Purchases Retail Center in Chicago, Hires Latitude Commercial for Property Management

Chicago, IL | November 11, 2025 | A Chicago-based investment group purchased two commercial buildings in Chicago’s Gage Park neighborhood and has hired Latitude Commercial to conduct full-service management on their behalf. The buildings contain a combined six tenants with a mix of national retail, regional medical, and a local dentist.
