Crown Point, IN | February 26, 2025| Jersey Mike’s is coming soon to La Porte, IN. The popular sandwich chain has recently signed a lease to locate at 111 N. Madison Street Suite B located next to the brand new Anytime Fitness.
Brett McDermott of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented the Landlord in the lease negotiations. “Jersey Mikes will be a great compliment to Anytime Fitness and now brings the center to 100% occupied. Their plans are to start construction shortly and hopefully be open in the next couple of months.”
