Crown Point, IN | August 27, 2025 | A local franchisee and developer has purchased land at the corner of Parrish Avenue and U.S. 231 in St. John, IN, with plans to develop a new retail center. The project will feature a national coffee franchise on the endcap, with additional retail space available for lease. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026.
