Paradigm Health Expands to New Office Space in Valparaiso

Valparaiso, IN — Paradigm Health, an Indiana-based provider of hospice and palliative care services, has finalized a lease for approximately 2,000 square feet of office space at 1620 Country Club Rd in Valparaiso.

The new location will support the company’s continued growth and expansion of its healthcare services throughout Northwest Indiana. It will serve as a local base for Paradigm Health’s care teams, supporting patient intake, care coordination, and administrative operations

The landlord was represented by Julia Turner of Crown Point based Latitude Commercial and the tenant, Paradigm Health, was represented by Jeff Norris and Morgan Metcalf of Indianapolis based Merrill Property Group. “Paradigm Health provides an incredibly important service to families in the community,” said Julia Turner. “We’re excited to welcome them to this location and support their continued growth as they expand their reach across Northwest Indiana.”

Paradigm Health is expected to begin operating from the space following the completion of minor interior preparations.
