Austin Abbring is the in-house maintenance technician at Latitude Commercial. Latitude Commercial is a full-service Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm specializing in Northern Indiana and the South Suburbs of Chicago. Austin joined our team in November of 2024. He oversees and completes work orders at our properties to keep them running smoothly. This work includes a wide array of different tasks including plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. In the past, he worked as a carpenter part-time for two years before transitioning to full-time for another year. He then began working as a maintenance technician for a regional bank, where he spent three and a half years before joining us. Latitude Commercial has also been named the Best Commercial Real Estate Company by Northwest Indiana Business Magazine readers, every year from 2021-2024.
Austin grew up in Wheatfield, Indiana, before moving to Demotte in 2020 with his wife. They have lived there ever since and now have twin children, a boy, and a girl. In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball, basketball, and football, and is an avid fan of the Cubs, Bulls, Bears, and Tampa Bay Rays. Austin also enjoys playing golf and poker, particularly Texas Hold ‘Em. A music enthusiast, he listens to a variety of genres and plays guitar and bass whenever time allows. Above all, he cherishes spending time with his family.
