Courtney Pishkur is an Assistant Property Manager with Latitude Commercial. Latitude Commercial is a full-service Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm specializing in Northern Indiana and the South Suburbs of Chicago. Courtney specifically focuses on Latitude’s Property Management Division. Latitude Commercial has also been named the Best Commercial Real Estate Company by Northwest Indiana Business Magazine readers, every year from 2021-2024.
Courtney transitioned to Commercial Real Estate from being a financial advisor assistant. She also helps coach golf and basketball at her alma mater, Andrean High School. These job opportunities taught Courtney many skills some of which are attention to detail, task management, team building, critical thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
