7 Brew Coming to Hammond, IN

Crown Point, IN — Popular drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew will soon be serving the Hammond, Indiana community. 7 Brew has recently executed a lease to develop a new location at 7833 Indianapolis Boulevard, just south of Johnny Rockets Fireworks. Demolition work on the existing parking lot has already begun, with construction of the new building expected in the coming months. The company is targeting a Q1 2027 opening.

The transaction was brokered by Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial, who represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

“This property offers a great opportunity for 7 Brew, positioned on the morning side of traffic just before I-80/94,” said McDermott. “With strong visibility along Indianapolis Boulevard and a steady flow of commuters traveling north toward the expressway, the location is ideally suited for 7 Brew’s convenient drive-thru concept. We’re excited to bring another growing national brand to Hammond and believe this will be a great addition to the surrounding retail corridor.”
