Chris Marshall is a Property Manager at Latitude Commercial Real Estate. Latitude Commercial is a full-service Commercial Real Estate brokerage and property management firm that specializes in Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago suburbs. Chris joined the team in October of 2023 and specifically focuses on Latitude’s Property Management Division, managing a portfolio of properties in the eastern parts of Northwest Indiana, including Porter and LaPorte counties.
Chris has an extensive background in building and property management throughout various environments including office, retail, residential, and Higher Education. Originally from the west coast, he now lives in Valparaiso and is excited to further engage in the NWI community with his wife, two-year-old son, and their two dogs. He believes in hands-on property management and stives to build strong relationships with clients and customers.
