Starbucks Coming Soon to Schererville

Crown Point, IN | July 2, 2024| Starbucks will soon be brewing coffee in Schererville, IN with their second location. The popular coffee chain has recently executed a lease at 1902 US Highway 41, immediately adjacent to Basecamp Fitness on the Drive-thru endcap.

Brett McDermott of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented the Landlord in the lease negotiations. “Starbucks had been looking for some time for an additional Schererville location and this works perfectly for them. The unit was previously occupied by a coffee user, so they were able to utilize some of the infrastructure. They are a great fit for the already strong tenant mix in the center and now brings it to 100% occupied.”
