Jersey Mike’s Coming Soon to Hobart, IN
Crown Point, IN | January 3, 2025| Jersey Mike’s will soon be serving their subs to the Hobart, IN community. The popular sandwich chain has recently executed a lease at 2871 US Highway 30, located between Nothing Bundt Cakes and HassleLess Mattress.
Brett McDermott of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented the Landlord in the lease negotiations. “We’ve been working with Jersey Mike’s for some time on this location and we’re excited to see it come to fruition. It will be a great location for them being near all of the shopping and other retail. The construction has started and they will hopefully be open in early 2025.”
