Floor & Decor Coming Soon to Schererville

Crown Point, IN | September 2, 2025| Floor & Decor, a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring, has signed a lease for approximately 57,000 square feet at 1516 US Highway 41 in Schererville, IN. The space, formerly occupied by Ashley Furniture, will soon be transformed into the retailer’s newest location.

The Retail Team of Crown Point–based Latitude Commercial represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

“This is a fantastic addition to the Schererville market and the culmination of nearly a year of work,” said Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial. “The building has sat vacant for close to eight years, so we are thrilled to announce this lease. Floor & Decor is currently working through approvals with the Town, and construction is expected to begin in the coming months.”
