Fanning Howey Expands on Crown Point Square

Crown Point, IN — Fanning Howey, an integrated architecture, interiors, and engineering firm, has signed a lease for approximately 1,850 square feet at 125 N Main Street, located on the historic Crown Point Square.

Fanning Howey is relocating from a smaller office in downtown Crown Point, marking a strategic expansion into a dedicated space that will better support its growing team and operations in Northwest Indiana.

The landlord was represented by Julia Turner, with Latitude Commercial of Crown Point, and the tenant was represented by Jessica Westerhoff of Real People Realty, Inc.

The new space will serve as a collaborative hub for Fanning Howey’s multidisciplinary team, allowing for increased capacity and an enhanced client experience. Their move to a prominent location on the Square reflects both the firm’s continued growth and long-term commitment to the Crown Point market, while also showing the ongoing momentum and demand for high-quality office users in downtown Crown Point.
