Sierra joined Latitude Commercial in 2026 as the new Property and Facilities Coordinator. Prior to Latitude, she spent eight years developing her skills in customer service, retail, and operations-focused roles, including four years as a General Manager. Through her career, Sierra developed a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities for improvement, and approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
Sierra enjoys working with people, solving problems hands-on, and finding opportunities to improve processes and operations. She takes pride in supporting those around her and contributing to the continued growth and success of Latitude Commercial.
