Dunkin’ Coming Soon to Schererville, IN

Schererville, IN | March 1, 2023 | Dunkin’ will soon be opening a new store located in Schererville, IN. A local franchisee of Dunkin’ has purchased land located at 275 US. 30 which is located next to the Dairy Queen just east of Austin Avenue. It will be located on an endcap drive-thru of a new retail center that the franchisee will be constructing. The plans are to break ground in 2023.

Brett McDermott of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented Dunkin’ in the transaction. “I’m really excited for this strategic location. It will be the only Dunkin’ located on the south side of US 30 from Illinois to Valparaiso. It will be a great option for people traveling east on US 30 and a different traffic pattern from the current Schererville location.”
