New Retail Center coming to Merrillville, IN
Crown Point, IN | January 19, 2023 | American Mattress has recently signed a new lease to join Tropical Smoothie Café and Crumbl Cookies coming soon to Merrillville, IN. The tenants have all recently signed leases to occupy space in a new retail center which will be located at 1600 79th Avenue which is at the stoplight entrance into Costco and Lowes. Tropical Smoothie Café will feature a drive-thru and Crumbl will be located inline next to them with American Mattress on the other endcap.
Brett McDermott, of Latitude Commercial represented the Landlord in the transaction. “This is an exciting new retail center coming to Merrillville. The project will break ground in the next month or two with delivery date in the 3rd Quarter. We were able to successfully work with the Landlord in filling 100% of the building. The developer also plans on building a similar center on the vacant land next to Culvers.”
