El Fuego Mexican Grill to Open Location in Tinley Park
Crown Point, IN | February 19, 2025 | El Fuego Mexican Grill has signed a long-term sub-lease in the former 2,278 SF Epic Wings space located at 17120 S Harlem Ave, Tinley Park, IL. They have plans to start their buildout immediately with an anticipated opening in the Spring of 25’.
Myles Rapchak, of Latitude Commercial, represented the landlord in this deal. “We were looking for an experienced restaurant operator that would bring a fresh look and vibe to the space. “Rapchak said. “After seeing their menu, I’m sure Tinley Park and the surrounding area will enjoy El Fuego for years to come”
