    Crown Point, IN | August 12, 2022 | Latitude represented Beacon Street Properties in the purchase of two fully leased commercial properties with a combined square footage of 23,988 for $3,075,000.

    The first property was built in 1991 and is situated on 1.6 acres. The center is 100% occupied and anchored by O’Reilly Auto Parts. It is located along N. Main St. in Crown Points major throughway. The property is a few hundred feet from the signalized intersection of Main & Summit, which combine to see over 26,955 vehicles per day.

    The second property is a highly visible, well maintained Class B Office Building located at 20 E US Highway 30 in Schererville. The two-story property is approximately 12,022 SF and sits on 1.59 acres of land. The center is also 100% occupied and anchored by Century 21 Affiliated.
