Latitude Commercial is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members: Edith Valdes, Bailey Wirkus, and Sierra Livingston! As well as the recent promotion of Michelle Czysczon to Director of Business Development. These talented professionals bring diverse experiences, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients throughout Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago Suburbs. 

Edith Valdes – Office Manager 

Edith Valdes joins Latitude Commercial as Office Manager, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources and Operations leadership across multiple industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Pre-Law from DePaul University and an MBA from Purdue University. 

Edith has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, improving organizational processes, and supporting business growth through collaborative leadership. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Crown Point. In her role, Edith supports company operations, employee development, and strategic growth initiatives. 

Bailey Wirkus – Marketing Coordinator 

Bailey Wirkus joins Latitude Commercial as Marketing Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing with a minor in Digital Marketing from Purdue University Northwest. 

Prior to joining Latitude Commercial, Bailey completed internships focused on digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. She supports the company’s marketing efforts through social media management, graphic design, content development, and brand communication initiatives. 

Sierra Livingston – Property and Facilities Coordinator 

Sierra Livingston joins the Property Management Division as Property and Facilities Coordinator. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. 

Sierra brings experience managing high-volume retail operations, including staff leadership, vendor coordination, inventory management, customer service, and financial support functions. In her current role, she assists with property inspections, maintenance coordination, and facility operations across Latitude Commercial’s growing portfolio. 

Michelle Czysczon – Director of Business Development 

Latitude Commercial is also proud to announce the promotion of Michelle Czysczon to Director of Business Development. Michelle recently earned her Indiana Real Estate License and will focus on cultivating strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships throughout the commercial real estate market.
