Merrillville Office Building Sold to New Owner
Merrillville, IN | May 27, 2022 | The 7,203 square foot office building located at 2111 W. Lincoln Highway in Merrillville has been sold to a new owner. The property was owned by and previously operated by Stewart C. Miller and Company, a licensed third party administrator of health and pension benefits. The company utilized this space as a satellite office and will continue to operate from their Lafayette location. The buyer of the property, Trkulja Properties, LLC, will utilize the space for professional office use.
