Valparaiso, IN | November 29, 2021 | Tri Force Training, a personal training studio with a focus on physical rehabilitation, is set to open its first location at 57 Franklin Street Suite 109 in Downtown Valparaiso. The studio will occupy approximately 1,100 square feet. The business is scheduled to open in mid to late December.

Antony Miocic, of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial, brokered the transaction. “Tri Force Training is owned and managed by an experienced physical trainer and will be a great addition to the community. This is the last vacancy at 57 Franklin Street and I’m happy to say we were able to get the building to 100% occupancy.”
