St. John, IN | November 27, 2023 | Back on September 29th of this year, the Starbucks-anchored retail strip on Wicker Avenue in St. John was sold to a local investment group. This investment group turned around and hired Latitude Commercial to handle full-service management of the 9,600 square foot property that is home to six tenants including Verizon, Jimmy John’s, GameStop, and L.A. Tan.

The Latitude Property Management Division is excited to get to work with this local investor.
