St. Mary Medical Center Acquires 16,300-Square-Foot Medical Building in Hobart
HOBART, IN – September 25, 2024 – St. Mary Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider based in Hobart, has acquired a 16,300-square-foot medical office building located at 1310-1330 S Wisconsin Street in Hobart. The property, which spans 2.3 acres on the northwest corner of South Wisconsin Street and West 14th Street, will allow St. Mary Medical Center to further expand its services and enhance healthcare access in the region.
