Taco Bell, Valvoline & Apex Climbing Coming to Mishawaka
Crown Point, IN | June 9, 2021 | Taco Bell, Valvoline & Apex Climbing are set to open at the corner of Grape & Douglas Rd in Mishawaka, IN. Apex Climbing purchased the 15,000 SF former Bargain Book Store located at 5505 Grape Rd. They are set to remodel that store with possible expansion as well. Taco Bell & Valvoline purchased a 0.77 AC Outlots in front of Apex on Grape Rd. They are both set to start construction in the near future.
Myles Rapchak, of Latitude Commercial, represented ownership in these deals. “We are extremely pleased to have landed such strong tenants for this redevelopment project.
