Chris brings extensive experience in building and property management across office, retail, residential, and higher education environments. Since joining Latitude Commercial in October 2023, he has managed a portfolio of properties in Northwest Indiana and now leads operations in Colorado’s northern suburbs. Originally from the West Coast, Chris currently resides in Denver with his wife, son, and two dogs, and is eager to deepen his involvement in the local community. He values a hands-on management style and is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with both clients and tenants.
