Meghan Delacruz is the Director of Finance at Latitude Commercial, where she oversees the company’s financial operations and bookkeeping while supporting the accounting and financial needs of more than 60 commercial real estate and property management clients. Since joining Latitude Commercial in 2017, Meghan has become an integral part of the firm’s continued growth, providing financial leadership, accurate reporting, and exceptional client service. Latitude Commercial has been recognized by Northwest Indiana Business Magazine readers as the Best Commercial Real Estate Company every year from 2021 through 2026, a reflection of the firm’s commitment to excellence and the dedication of its team.
Before joining Latitude Commercial, Meghan spent 15 years in the residential and commercial construction industry, building extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and business operations. Her diverse background allows her to understand the financial complexities of commercial real estate from both the ownership and construction perspectives.
Originally from Logansport, Indiana, Meghan attended Indiana University Bloomington before spending 13 years in the Indianapolis area. She now resides in Cedar Lake, Indiana, with her husband, their French Bulldog, Gus, and enjoys life in the home they recently built together.
Outside of the office, Meghan enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new destinations. Whether she’s planning her next adventure or relaxing at home, she values the balance between a rewarding career and an active personal life.
