Originally from Croatia, Milo immigrated to the United States in 1995 at the age of 8, settling in Northwest Indiana where he still resides. After graduating high school, he served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 2009 following a deployment in Operation Enduring Freedom.
In 2011, he entered the logistics industry with one truck and grew the operation into a 150-truck national carrier. He strategically exited trucking in 2025, retaining a freight brokerage, a real estate holding company, and a finance firm supporting other carriers.
Over his 15-year logistics career, he developed a strong passion for industrial and commercial real estate, focusing on terminals, maintenance facilities, IOS, and flex space. That passion led him to join Latitude Commercial, where he now specializes in brokerage services across Indiana and Illinois. His goal is to be a top-performing broker in the region while continuing to expand his own portfolio of industrial assets and development projects.
