St. John, IN [Q2-2026] — Building Kidz School, a national early childhood education franchise that integrates the performing arts into academic learning, is expanding into Northwest Indiana with a long-term lease at 11355 W 97th Ln in St. John. The new campus marks the brand’s entry into the local market and gives St. John and surrounding families an enriching new option for childcare and preschool education. The school is targeting a February 2027 opening.

The roughly 9,200-square-foot space, previously in office use, will be converted into a purpose-built learning environment serving children from infancy through school age.
