Floor & Decor Now Open in Schererville

Crown Point, IN | June 25, 2026 — Floor & Decor, a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring, is now open at 1516-30 U.S. Highway 41 in Schererville, Indiana. The approximately 57,000-square-foot space, has been transformed into the retailer’s newest warehouse store and design center.

The new Schererville location marks a major retail addition along the U.S. 41 corridor and brings new life to a building that had been vacant for close to eight years. The store offers a wide selection of tile, wood, stone, laminate, vinyl, installation materials, countertops, decorative accessories, and related products for homeowners, contractors, designers, and trade professionals.

The Retail Team of Crown Point–based Latitude Commercial represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Floor & Decor’s Schererville store is located at 1516-30 U.S. Highway 41 in Schererville, IN 46375. The store is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
