Jersey Mike’s Opening Second Schererville, IN Location
Crown Point, IN | February 26, 2025| Jersey Mike’s will soon be opening their second location in Schererville, IN. The popular sandwich shop has recently signed a lease at 275 US 30 which is located immediately adjacent to the new Dunkin currently under construction. The plans are to start construction immediately on the space.
Brett McDermott of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented the Landlord in the lease negotiations. “Jersey Mike’s is a great addition to the new strip center and will be a strong compliment to Dunkin.”
