Latitude Commercial assigned management by new investor client for multiple property portfolio; Secures brokerage agreement
Northglenn, CO | 8/6/2026 | As of August 1st, 2026, Latitude Commercial was assigned a Property Management Agreement for a multiple property portfolio with assets in Colorado and Indiana. In addition to management, Latitude secured a brokerage agreement for the future disposition of the assets.
Latitude Commercial – Colorado has expanded its’ Colorado book of business by adding a new client. Chris Marshall, Market Director, said, “We are excited to build a relationship with a new client whose priorities and goals align with ours.
