Latitude Commercial was assigned management on behalf of medical POA in Valparaiso

Valparaiso, IN | 8/6/2026 | On August 1st, 2026, Latitude Commercial was awarded an Association Management Agreement for a medical building in Valparaiso on Wall Street consisting of ten units.

“It’s awesome that this Association has entrusted us to look over their collective investments. Also, it’s been fun to see first-hand how our company onboards a new property and I look forward to helping strengthen the asset through the development of a multi-year improvement plan,” said Sierra Livingston – Latitude Commercial. Sierra was hired to be Latitude’s first Property and Facilities Coordinator back on June 1st of 2026.
