Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans Leases Office in Crown Point

CROWN POINT, IN September 15, 2026 — Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans (MSHV), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families, has leased approximately 1,750 square feet of office space at New Town West, a mixed-use office and residential development located at 123 N. Main Street in Downtown Crown Point.

The new location will provide MSHV with additional space to support its programs and services as the organization continues its efforts to assist at-risk veterans and their families throughout the region.

MSHV’s stated vision is “to end veteran homelessness so that no person who has defended our homes goes without a home.” Its mission is to empower at-risk veterans and their families to become self-sufficient and productive members of their communities. Through its programs and services, MSHV works to address the challenges facing veterans and help individuals and families achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency. Antony Miocic and Julia Turner of Latitude Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Latitude Commercial is also headquartered at New Town West, making MSHV the latest organization to join the growing mix of businesses and residents at the development.
