New Retail Center coming to Merrillville, IN
Merrillville, IN | September 12, 2022 | Tropical Smoothie Café and Crumbl Cookies will be coming soon to Merrillville, IN. The two tenants have recently signed leases to occupy space in a new retail center which will be coming soon to 1600 79th Avenue, located at the stoplight entrance into Costco and Lowes. Tropical Smoothie Café will feature a drive-thru and Crumbl will be located inline next to them.
Brett McDermott, of Latitude Commercial represented the Landlord in the transaction. “This is an exciting new retail center coming into Merrillville. The project will break ground in early 2023 with delivery date in the 2nd Quarter. We have great momentum on the new project with these two tenants and we are looking for one or two additional tenants to join them.”
