Portage Retail Property Under New Ownership and Management
Portage, IN | March 27, 2023 | Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of a 26,524 square foot retail property in Portage, IN. Located on U.S. Highway 6, the property was purchased by a small investment group earlier this month. The eleven-tenant strip is anchored by a nationally recognized rehabilitation provider as well as a mix of restaurants and other businesses.
