Hammond Industrial Portfolio Purchased by Investment Group
A 4-building Industrial investment portfolio was purchased by an investment group represented by Aaron McDermott, CCIM of Latitude Commercial. The industrial buildings totaled 74,674 SF and are located at approximately 7940 to 8010 ½ New Jersey in Hammond, IN, and were purchased for $4,200,000. Aaron, President of Latitude Commercial said “The property was selected because of the strong industrial demand near the Illinois/Indiana Stateline, access to 80-94, the low cost/SF, and the opportunity to raise rents.”
Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management at the property for the investment group. Mount Prospect Retail Property Under New Ownership and Management
Mount Prospect | April 17, 2023 | Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of an 11,010 square foot retail property in Mount Prospect, IL. The fully occupied, seven-tenant property, which is anchored by a Dunkin Donuts, was purchased last week.
