St. John, IN | 6/25/2025 | As of June 1st, 2026, Latitude Commercial was assigned a Property Management Agreement of a 10,000 square foot retail property in St. John, IN. Located along the busy corridor of US 41, the property includes a mix of national and local tenants. In addition to management, Latitude’s Vice President, Myles Rapchak, represented the buyer in the transaction, “This acquisition was the perfect investment for our client. The tenants are strong, long-term tenants and will be extremely pleased with the transition to Latitude taking over the property management!”
