Highland Office Building Sells to Local Doctor
Highland, IN | September 9, 2022 | The 5,644 square foot office building located at 9013 Indianapolis Boulevard in Highland has been sold to a new owner. The property was built in 1975 and has been historically used by various law firms as an office. The buyer of the property, a local doctor, plans to renovate and utilize the space as a medical office. A portion of the space to the north will still be leased to attorneys and other professional office users as well.

The condition of the building and close proximity to the expressway make it an ideal location.
