Hobart Retail Property Under New Management

Hobart, IN | January 24, 2024 | In December 2023, Latitude Commercial was assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of a 29,335 square foot retail property in Hobart, IN. The property was recently purchased by a local investor. Located in the retail-heavy Merrillville-Hobart US Highway 30 corridor, the property is home to five tenants including Nothing Bundt Cakes, HassleLess Mattress, and Palermo’s of 63rd.
