Latitude Commercial Brokers Sale of Former Peoples Bank in Dyer

CROWN POINT, IN – September 15, 2026 — The Retail Group of Latitude Commercial has recently brokered the sale of the former Peoples Bank property located at 1300 Sheffield Avenue in Dyer, Indiana.

The property generated strong interest due to its established location along Sheffield Avenue and the opportunity to reposition the former bank building for a new use. A local buyer ultimately acquired the property and plans to renovate and convert the building to a medical use in the near future
