Joining the team in October of 2023, Chris Marshall brings a wealth of industry experience and expertise to Latitude’s Property Management Division. With a background in facilities management, Chris has successfully overseen properties across various sectors, including education, corporate, office, retail, and residential. His dedication to hands-on property management and building strong client relationships aligns perfectly with Latitude’s values.

Originally from the west coast, Chris now resides in Valparaiso with his family, where he is eager to further engage with the Northwest Indiana community. His proactive approach and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the Latitude team as they continue to expand their portfolio in Porter and LaPorte counties.

Ken Turner

After a distinguished 35-year career as a Tax Partner, certified public accountant, and attorney at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ken Turner has transitioned into the real estate industry with a clear vision and purpose. Ken’s decision to become a broker was driven by his desire to contribute to the development of a four-story office building in downtown Valparaiso, a project he is undertaking with his brother, an experienced real estate developer.

Ken’s extensive experience in client relationship development at PwC will be invaluable as he embarks on this new chapter with Latitude Commercial. His deep roots in Northwest Indiana, coupled with his expertise in real estate consulting, corporate relocation, and site search analysis, position him as a trusted advisor for property owners, developers, and tenants alike.
