Northwest Indiana Portfolio Under New Management
Valparaiso, IN | 3/26/2024 | In January, Latitude Commercial was assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of a portfolio of six properties encompassing nearly 75,000 square feet of retail, office, and medical space anchored in Valparaiso, IN (Porter County). The portfolio consists of properties with long time tenants include El Salto, Shive-Hattery, Meridian Title, and Beggars Pizza.
A long-time real estate investor, the client was looking for a firm to assist with full-service property management as they continue to grow their CRE portfolio. The Latitude Property Management Division is excited to get to work with this investor while continuing to grow the company’s property management presence, particularly in Porter County. Chris Marshall, who will serve as the lead property manager for the portfolio, said, “Since last fall, we have continued to build a strong relationship with our new client and look forward to continuing to do so. We are excited to take on a strong group of properties with a diverse tenant mix across retail, office, and medical.”
