Schererville Retail Portfolio Under New Management
Schererville, IN | 3/18/2024 | At the start of the year, Latitude Commercial was assigned Property Management Agreements for full-service management of a two-property investment portfolio in Schererville, IN. The properties were both developed by the current property owner and reside in very busy business districts along US 30 as well as Main Street.
The Latitude Property Management Division has had the privilege of working with this investor in other capacities but is excited to work with them on this solo venture.
